Sci-Fi Dine In Theatre question

We're planning on being at Disney-MGM on Monday, 10/3. We have ADRs for lunch at 50's PrimeTime Cafe at 12:55pm. We'd also like to get milkshakes (only) at Sci-Fi Dine In Theatre around 11am, which is when they open. Do you think we'd need ADRs? If we get them, would they be mad because we are only getting milkshakes? Would we even be able to get them, since Disney Dining would already have us in their system for a lunch?

you would have to make a ar for that day and you can even though you already have one.

If you're just taking the milkshakes to go I don't think you would need an ADR. But it can't hurt to have one if you want to drink them in the restaurant. Better safe than sorry.

Elizabeth, I have an AR for SciFi on Friday the 8th, it's for 12:30. We have always eaten there before 12, but when I tried to get an earlier AR I was told that they don't open till 12 now Good luck. We arrived a little late for our AR there in July, people were standing 5 deep at the hostess stand trying to get walk up tables. About 10 minutes after we arrived (at around 12:25) they announced they were full till 3 PM.

Yes, when I called this morning the CM told me they don't open until 12 noon but I could have sworn we regularly ate there from 11:15 on. I wonder what's up.

Darn! I saw on some web site (thought it was WDW, but I guess not!) that they opened at 11am. Anyway, thanks for the heads up!
