Sci-Fi chicken - is it dried out ?

Italian Grilled Chicken Sandwich - just the chicken breast (I assume) - is it grilled with no breading ? just seasonings ?

Our DD has a wheat allergy. She could eat just the grilled chicken with the kids menu Garden Salad.

This is what I plan on getting when I go in Oct. I am assuming it is like the one at Red Robin, grilled chicken breast with that awesome bruschetta topping.
