Can you get a milkshake on the dining plan or is that extra?

They let me get a shake instead of dessert on the dining plan. If your not a huge dessert fan, the shake is a nice substitute. Its so yummy!!!!

They actually let us have the milkshake as a drink and a soda and still have dessert.

we were given the choice last trip of getting our milkshake as a drink or a dessert. I had mine as a drink and DS had his as a dessert - the server did say if you want two shakes and an entree that is fine (ie one as a drink and one as a dessert )

Same here - the server said the adults could have the milkshake count as either their beverage or their dessert. I had one for dessert -- yummy!!

We were able to get milkshakes as our drinks last Nov. using DDP. The only bad thing was that after the milkshakes and our dinners, we were way too stuffed to even think of having dessert so we ended up getting fresh fruit bowls which were packaged up for us by our server and we had them for breakfast the next morning.

We got shakes, entree, AND dessert in Nov 2010. All included on the DDP.
