I haven't decided if that is a good thing or bad thing yet. As much as I love my kids, I do need a break occasionally. :) I will only have one home with me during the day now.

On the good side, I should be able to get caught up on housework, etc.

On the bad side, it will give me a lot of time to think. Actually, I'm not sure if that is good or bad yet. Maybe, it will do me good to be able to sit and think things out.

On the other hand, having the kids here, prevents me from thinking too much, which maybe is a good thing too.

Guess I'll find out tomorrow.

{{{HUGS}}} sweetie. It will also give you time to DIS, that's a good thing, right?

I hope tomorrow is a good day for you or at least a better day.

Good luck Kristy....:)

On a light note....I find even just one munchkin in the house keeps me jumping. You might not have as much time as you think ;)

hugs, Kristy. I felt you with me today, I went to Mass and lit a candle for Gabrielle.

I guess only having one kid at home is a break when you have 5, LOL! I have my hands full with just my little one home.

In any case, I hope it gives you some time to reflect, but not so much where it makes you too sad.

I'll be thinking of you tomorrow, Kristy, good luck to the kids on their first day.

best of luck

i've been in school 2 weeks now and I'm ready to quit...lol

Hugs! It will give you time to think, especially when your little one at home is napping. It might be hard to go through, but it will make it easier down the road. There are MANY emotions you need to go through. The final one will be the understand that although you have no control over what happened to you, it is NOT the end of your time with your child. Just think of all the joy you will have doing the parenting thing all over again!!:) Take some time for yourself.....visit the DIS and we're all here to help you get through this.
