School project need help

Hello all,

I decided to go back to school and I am doing a group project in a class, and I talked my group into writing a paper about Disney World . We are discussing the organizational behaviors of Disney, and what they can do to improve customer service.

Does anyone feel that there are in issues in WDW that need to be addressed, that we can give some recomendations in our paper to have Disney improve on. Just for our paper of course, we all know Disney is almost perfect.

I would love some expert advice from disney veterens.

I have noticed lately a lot of talking going on amongst the cast members when guests are around. For instance, complaining about work or what they're doing after work while they're out amongst the guests.
