School Musical time!!!!

My daughters are part of their school's musical again this year. We are trying to keep costs down and would like to distribute the appropriate mp3s related to the individual parts to the kids online for download. We have set up a Google Sites webpage, but can't seem to get the same song into multiple folders. Example: Song one is sang by characters A,B,C and D. Song two is sang by characters A, and D. And Song three is sang by A, B and C. So I need 4 folders, one for each character. File A would have songs 1, 2 and 3, but file B would only have 1 and 3. KWIM? Help would be greatly appreciated we have a cast of 60-70 with various individual characters and groups of characters that all need different pieces of music. We'd be burning cd's for days and putting out the time and money to do so. If we could just get Google Sites or some other semi private, easily accessible, free site to post them on for the kids to download their individual character's music pieces...

How about just putting Song A, Song B, Song C, etc. each in a separate folder, then tell the students to download the songs they need individually? Okay if you are a munchkin download songs D, E, F if you are in the Emerald City Scene downoad song H, N, and S, etc. That seems like it woudl be simpler.

Its legal. The school's music dept. has bought the rights to the musical and we are permitted to distribute the music to the students as needed. It is the normal protocol for any production like this. Normally we would burn cds, but the cost starts to add up and it seems wasteful since the music will likely end up on their ipods and the discs thrown away. We have over 20 songs, split into 13 different folders for 60-80 kids. These are middle school kids. I'd rather keep things simple, simple, simple for them, even if that makes it a touch tougher on us.
