It is a huge, delicious donut-like mound filled with cream filling with coconut on the top. Really, really good!

sadly, i'm without a clue.. after reading about it i was looking forward to trying it but the norway bakery line was out the door and halfway into the courtyard in norway.. i just couldn't ask the dh and kids to stand in the rain for it.
