Scheduling FP+ in 1 park with ADR in another?

I've been working on our touring plans for our upcoming trip. On our second day planned for Epcot (short park day for us), I have an 8:20am ADR at CP in MK. My reasoning is I wanted to get into MK pre-opening for some photo ops and since we don't plan to do a lot of park hopping, I wanted our DD7 to have a chance to ride the monorail at least once.

Any estimate on how long breakfast and the trip to Epcot should take? I'm wondering if I need to push back one of my early FP+ that day.

I wouldn't plan on being in Epcot until at least 10:00 - maybe a bit later.
