Scheduling for shuttle on disembarkation day

Hello all,

I have been on one cruise so far and had my own car parked for that one. This time we are looking to do a roundtrip shuttle booking from MCO. I was wondering what time realistically we would actually be off the ship if we have main dining time breakfast at 6:45. We are not in any rush and would like to have breakfast. I remember standing in the lobby waiting for our time on the gangplank and then waiting again in line to go through customs and to get the luggage; but I do not remember what time we were done with all of that. Anyone who has a good estimate, I would appreciate it.

Also considering the one way car rental going to and from the airport and Port Canaveral, but we are a family of five (three teenage kids), so the car must be larger and is rather expensive from the prices I have checked. ($230 each way for three day rentals each)

Our cruise is in September, so I am trying to work logistics out. Arriving on Wednesday before the cruise and leaving on Tuesday after the cruise. Staying at a family house in Winter Park, so we must have a car.

I also checked the car rental returning it to the airport, and it would save $100. But I do not know how much it costs for all five of us and luggage for transport to PC. That $100, probably each way with the one-way car rental, so $200 total, might be more expensive than renting a car and getting transport. Uber or Lyft Contrans possibly less than $200 for the five of us?

Since you want a car before the cruise, it might save money to book it for the whole week, and often weekly rates are lower per day. Of course, then you would need to factor in parking at the port.
