Resorts are now posting signs in the lobby with Character Experience day & time information. Definitely nice for those who look forward to these experiences. I’ll be sure to add more if I find any. Please share if you find signs that are missing. Enjoy!

Disney Character Caravan Schedules are Now Posted at Disney World Resorts

Recently, Disney has added new signage in resort lobbies to inform guests about upcoming character appearances. The signs include the dates and times guests can meet their Disney pals, making it easier than ever to meet them.

My thoughts exactly!!!! That's what made them so cool, they were random, it lead to it being a magical experience. Now they'll be folks lined up, takes the spontaneity out of it.

From what I understand, right now the signs are only posted at:

Pop, Art of Animation, Wilderness Lodge, Caribbean Beach, and both Port Orleans Resorts.

If anything changes, I’ll be sure to update this thread.

I’m still looking for POR Riverside, if anyone happens to find it! Thanks!

Yes, they are always popping up at the resorts at random times and days, but just recently they started putting up signs in some lobbies, showing what day and time they will be there.

Seems odd that only these (4) resorts; Art of Animation Resort, Pop Century Resort, Caribbean Beach Resort, and Wilderness Lodge. Maybe the results of survey feedback.

Correct. I’ve seen posts asking for other resort character schedules, so just confirming it’s only these resorts. It also appears it’s only through the summer, according to this blog post.
