Schedule questions for Linda

Hi Linda,

What a great schedule you have planned for the convention!

I've been waiting for the schedule release, as well as WDW to release dates for MVMCP etc., so we can firm up our trip plans. We hope WDW will start releasing some on their plans in the next week or two too!

I have a few questions about the events that have been planned.

1. We would like to go to MVMCP on 11/29 or 11/30 (providing the WDW schedule for this follows the same pattern as previous years!) Can we select in advance which night we would like to attend the Fantasmic Dessert party?

2. ToT - is this only scheduled for the evening of the 29th?

3. 12/1 - Dinner at Epcot /dessert/Illuminations party. Do we have a choice of where we wish to dine that evening? Will we all be sitting as a DIS convention group at each restaurant? Will this be a CP dinner package that will allow us to see the CP the same evening too?

Thanks again for all your efforts in putting together this event! We're looking forward to meeting everyone!

1. At present we will let you sign up for the night you want to attend the Fantasmic Party at convention registration.

2. Yes only one night, TOT is expensive to rent so we can only rent one night but it starts at park closing so even if you don't attend Fantasmic that night there will not be a problem getting to the event, we may have a CM from WDW meeting people at the gate also. We will have buses going to select locations after the event. If there is enough interest it is possible to send one bus directly to the MK for MVMCP.


3. you can sign up for your choice of location at convention check in this is not the CLP package it is called 'around the world dining' and is available only to conventions.
