Scenic Island Drive and Pirate Museum (ST72) St Thomas

We have 3 kids (3, 6 and 14). I don’t know if the museum tickets are included. We were thinking maybe DH and our 2 older kids get the combo with the gondola ride instead (not sure if gondola+museum tickets are all day or set times; how long it takes to go up and come back (I wait with our 3 year old or do this after we get back from a beach - cranky and hungry kids would want to go back and eat (cabanas-food allergies); and we can head to a beach on our own and see if we have time to stop by the museum after lunch?

Are there private cabs for hire? Or are they pushy and take you to places you don’t want to go with 10+ people and waste time trying to get you to buy things (Nassau).

How long does it take to get on and off the ship (sailed the dream a decade ago with just 1 kid).

Havent done this excursion, but you can easily walk to the museam and gondola ride from the boat (did it on my last cruise). Probably a 10 minute walk and you can buy the tickets there for both.
