Our trip is coming up in 47 and honestly, I'm scared! I'm worried FP+ is going to put a damper on the trip with it sometimes not working or being being able to pick Fastpasses, and now these HORRENDOUS long lines. My DH and I will be getting rider swap for some of the bigger headliners because of our 2 year old son. Was Anyone else worried about their trip?

We just got back from a trip with little ones. We used rider swap and did just fine with our rider swaps. Still did rope drop which was very beneficial. In Epcot, we booked a Soarin on 3 of our party and did Test Track for another 3. Using baby swap, everyone got to ride. I do think the standby lines were long...but it was spring break.

Don't worry! Just set up your My Disney Experience account and make your choices (if you're staying offsite, you'll be able to make them 30 days before your trip). I choose my parks for each day according to EasyWDW's free crowd calendars, and Josh has yet to lead me wrong.

Make the most of rider swap! :thumbsup2

For extra security, in case there are any glitches or you can't pull up the app on your cellphone, just take a picture of your FP+ selections before you leave your hotel room in the morning.

That way, if you have any problems, you can show the CM that you have a legitimately booked FP+ for that time. This practice really saved us a lot of hassle back in December, when the system was still quite glitchy. From what I understand, things are working much more smoothly now.
