Scanning or Photographing

Just wondering how all of you are posting your 12 x 12 layouts. Are you scanning them and if so, what kind of scanner is that large? If you're photographing them, how do you do it without glare? Any info would be greatly appreciated as I'm in the market for a new scanner and digital camera.

I take pictures of the 12x12 LOs. To get the pic without a glare take the picture during the day near a window. I put the LO on the floor in front of the deck doors. This gives me the best results!!
