Scale issues, what would you do?

I purchased this product "WW30 Contoured Precision Electronic Scale" well, it seemed to be working ok, but then I noticed I would weigh in and shortly thereafter weight 2-3 less or sometimes 2-3 pounds more. This week the scale showed me as one weight and seconds later I was 8 pounds heavier.

I threw out this box as I thought I would have no need to return such item. Now what? Obivously I don't believe a thing this scale is "saying" so I need to now buy a new one, but no box would mean I can't return this one, right? I looked this scale up online and there are nothing but negative reviews which makes me believe I'm not the only one.

I would try to contact the company and see what they suggest.

I've had the same problem with several scales I've purchased...I can change weights by 5 lbs. Different scales by different companies - it is so frustrating!

I wish I read thie before I threw mine onto the cement patio after I starved myself and it said I gained 6 lbs

I would contact the manager of the store where you purchased it and explain the situation to him or her. Hopefully he or she will take it back and give you a store credit or an exchange. I find you have better luck on the phone than hauling it all the way back to the store. Make sure you write down the name and title of the person you spoke to if they let you bring it in as this person may not be working when you go back.
