I finally took my film to be developed, I have the DIS-CON WDW trip, a wedding and I'm not sure what else on those rolls. A few days and I'll get to see what I took the last 6 months or so ;) and maybe even something that I've accidently unearthed.

Will these be the infamous Tower of Terror pictures, Janette? ;) :D

I'm still waiting to win the lottery before I take my film in. :D

Yup, they should be in there somewhere. I hope they turn out!

I quess we weren't the best pair to have snapping pictures! No one has seen them yet ;)

The guy asked do you just take alot of pictues or what??

I'll need some of that lottery money when I go to retrieve them.

I sometimes get a pretty good collection of rolls before I take them in. I tell myself every time, I am not going to do this any more. I felt really proud of myself when I finished a roll about 2 weeks ago and dropped it right off. Guess what ?? It is still at the drug store.

LOL, Chessie. :) I just take so many at wdw it's too overwhelming to get them all done at once. I've taken all of my 35 mm film in a bit at a time. The APS usually sits here a lot longer because it's more expensive to develop. I'm seriously considering getting an inexpensive 35mm. I have a very nice SLR, but it's too big to lug around all of the time. I think a 35mm would pay for itself pretty quickly wioth the difference in developing costs.

Janette, yes, we are slow, but good things are worth waiting for. Besides, that's one experience I'll never forget. Even without photographic evidence. ;) :D

I am like a kid at christms when it comes to developing my film! As soon as I finish a roll it's off the lab for processing! After our first trip to Disney I had 10 rolls of 24 exposures- got em all done at once- cost me a small fortune but I just couldn't wait!

Oh Jeanette, I can't wait to see them!!! I'm sure they will be worth waiting for!
When is your summer trip to WDW? Just wondering.
I start a new job next week and my plans are to start saving for another trip to Orlando :)

I hear you about the lottery winnings...particularly with APS taken to a good one hour developer. I think my 13 rolls cost me almost $200 to develop (doubles...but I get them free with the camera store card). I had to take them in a few at a time to afford it!

But honestly, my APS photos rival my sil's Canon Rebel photos in quality (its the auto/manual SLR) ...the APS just isn't quite as versatile as far as getting close ups and distance shots. I am considering eventually getting one of the Canon's just for that reason, because I love photography! I'm getting a little frustrated with the limitations of my Advantix. I love the negative storage on the APS too though. Makes it worth the extra developing $, IMO. I haven't seen a 35mm in the same price range as my Advantix ($130 or so) that gets photos as good as mine.

So will these photos eventually be posted here? Put in a scrapbook? Tell us more!
