Saying Thanks....?

Hiya,

When we made our reservation we had an *amazing* CM on the phone. I would really love to write to Disney and say how great she was and give thanks (when I was a CM it was lovely to hear you had made a difference ).....

But I don't know where to send such a letter/email??

Any thoughts?

You know, I wonder if you could actually do that while on the phone with her. Something along the lines of, "You were so nice and such a great help. Do you have a manager or someone you can transfer me to so I can brag about you?" Or something like that. Anyone know?
