Saved my vacation

I wanted to post a public thank you to two great cast members from the Guest Services booth in front of Disneyland. Lynette and Eileen worked for almost an hour to help replace a lost annual pass voucher card that my wife lost. Lynette was able to view when the card was used, based on the other two voucher cards we activated that morning. I could tell that she wanted to help me no matter how long it took and she finally issued a new pass. My wife was extremely thankful that she did not have to deal with the wraith if we were not able to get a new pass.
