Savannah to Hilton Head

I'll be flying in to Savannah for my upcoming trip to Hilton Head. It looks like the two major options to get there are to take 95 to 278 or take 170 to 278, and the times seem similar. Any input on which way is better?

If you've never been I would take 95 to 278. 170 is a shorter route but a 2 lane road.

There is construction on Hwy. 170. Your best bet is I-95.
