What does everyone do for Dinner on Saturday Night?

#1 ALWAYS EAT SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER OUT

#4 OTHER (PLEASE EXPLAIN) i.e. get take out and eat home


DH & I seem to always eat home on Saturday night. Since the DS' are all gone, we love eating home alone!!!!

DH or I usually make something and eat around 7pm. Nice and Quiet.

We almost never go to restaurants, mostly because we love to cook. For the cost of going out, we always wonder what we could have created....

Then again, the few times we do go out to eat, it's almost always on a Saturday. About every 12th to 20th Saturday we go out...

I voted for Occasionally. Sometimes we go out, but tonight we stayed home and had stew and rolls.

It depends on what we have going on and how busy we are. Today we are eating home and I'm cooking.

It varies a lot for us. Being retired, but in an "active adult community," and I mean active, we are involved in a lot of things that keep us from much of a routine. My wife loves to cook, but we often eat out for no other reason than we feel like it. Saturday really isn't different than any other day since we live a 7-day weekend lifestyle. If we have a free day and the weather is nice, we may drive to WDW for a day hanging out at one of the parks. Life is good!

We usually eat out, but not always. Tonight we ordered a pizza.

We only eat out for special occassions, other then that I cook dinners from my lovely Cooking with Mickey Volume 2.

We eat out a majority of the time anyway, so Saturday is definitely no exception. We usually eat a late lunch/early dinner, so that'll be our only meal of the day.

Occasionally. We always eat out on Friday night. So we will usually eat in unless we are out of town working, or have something special to do.

#4 Saturday night is usually frozen pizza night. It has been for the last 8 years since we hardly ever go out. Saturdays are usually busy to the point of whoever has the time around 7 or 8pm will pull the pizza outa the freezer and start the oven. And its the one night I refuse to cook (since Dh hates to go out as he has done electrical wiring in too many local kitchens around here. Ughhhh!) Digorno or someone else can do it for a night.

We ate out for lunch and dinner today. If we don't eat out, we order in. I seldom cook on Sat. We don't eat out much during the week because DH just wants to relax after a long day on the job. He has taken a real liking to Chinese take out, so we do that at least once a week, and there is enough for two meals.

I put occasionally. I would love to eat out every Saturday night, but usually opt for an easy meal instead. Not only to save money, but the restaurants around here are PACKED on Saturday night. The only places without a wait are the fast food places.

Tonight I made pancakes for dinner.

With very rare exceptions. we always eat at home on Saturday nights. I LOVE to cook, and I get home late during the week (so DH takes care of dinner), so the only time I get to cook is the weekends. We only eat out on Saturdays if we are away for the weekend.

This is the night that tends to be either take & bake pizza, deli fried chicken or everyone kinda makes their own.

99.9% of the time we're dining out - we dine out probably 3-4 times a week, though!
