Saturday, December 1st... crowds?

Touring Plans is predicting a 10/10 for Saturday, December 1 at MK. Any ideas why? We plan to rope drop it that day, but have never done a 10/10 day before!

You’d have to ask Touring Plans to know for sure, but probably has something to due with the fact that it is one of the few non-MVMCP days that week. In the period between Saturday 12/1-Friday 12/7, 4 out of those 7 days are MVMCP’s. Combine that with a Saturday... well... you get the potential for higher crowds.

That makes sense. We are planning to do the Christmas party the day after. We'll have 2 days of MK plus the party so I'm not too worried about it being a 10. We'll rope drop it and leave around 2 I believe. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't something else happening that I'm missing. We just love (like everyone else) starting out our trip at MK.

How are the other Saturdays in December rated? Saturdays in the MK during party season are usually pretty packed.

My guess is that is likely Pop warner weekend. Its usually the first week in December.

It is. Been that week before and they don’t affect things much in the parks. All other days are moderate, just 12-1 being heavy crowds.
