Can the dining area at POFQ - Sassagoula Floatworks create foods without salt, mayo ?
Anything healthy on their menu ?

French Quarter House Salad - romaine lettuce, cornbread croutons and creamy lemon-parmesan vinaigrette with choice of chicken or shrimp $11.49

Sassagoula Power Salad - Shredded Kale, Quinoa, Dried Cranberries, Mandarin Oranges, Red Onions, Walnuts, and a citrus vinaigrette with choice of chicken or shrimp $11.99

Can you get chicken or shrimp with out salt and skip the vinaigrette ?

Very Veggie Pizza - topped with cheese, green peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms $17.99
No red sauce which has salt ?

Off the children's menu
Hamburger/Cheeseburger - with apple slices and grapes $7.49
Make the burger with no salt ?

I know when we were there last year they were making the salads fresh to order, and they were easily customizable if you wanted to leave something out. I’m not sure about the salt factor, as I think their proteins for the salads are precooked and I assume seasoned, but it’s worth asking!

Pizzas were also made to order so leaving off the sauce should be fine, I think.

I’m fairly certain the burgers are premade patties, so that might be harder.
