Saratoga Springs vs. Beach Club Villas?

I am just researching right now since dh doesn't think it would be a good idea to purchase a dvc right now. So, anyhow, I'm trying to figure out what would be best. If i go by what i really like, it would be Beach Club. We love the beach. We love waterparks. So, it seems it would make sense that the beach club would match us the best. But, would it make sense financially since there is a shorter time left on all of the dvc's other than saratoga? I hope that made sense? Thanks

I will tell you, this was my concern when we bought a month ago. So, we decided to stay one night in SSR to make sure we liked it. Turns out, we loved it and bought there.

The rule of thumb is buy where you want to stay. I find that to be true if you will be traveling during peak seasons. But, DW and I are young (26 and 30) and would be very happy staying in SSR every year (especially the extra 12 years). We hope we will both be around to enjoy the tail end of the contract.

That being said, it really is a personal choice between travel habits, how comfortable you are staying at SSR as a last resort, and perhaps age. I really thnk the extra 12 years make SSR a no-brainer, but to someone 40+ who won't be around to enjoy the extra 12 years, location may be highest priority.
