The published phone number for SSR is (407) 827-1100.

Keep in mind that this phone number rings to an off-site call center.

For reservations made by DVC, you should contact MS for room requests.

If you're a member and the reservation was made with your own points, you should be calling Member Services with requests.

If you've rented the reservation from a member, they'll need to make the requests for you.

If you log onto the member website (if you are a member), you can email them with your request or chat with them to add your request.

If you contact MS with a request, do NOT put in any requests when you do online check-in as these will over-ride any put in by MS.
