saratoga springs - only direct with WDW?

Is the only way to book the above direct with WDW - I could not see it on the virgin website.

Virgin do have it on their site here. Not sure what availability is like though.

Definitely on VH site saw it last week, just checked again for next August still showing 6th August for 2 weeks, crazy price(more expensive than AKL) but it is there.
