Saratoga Springs .. go on sale? ..price

When will Saratoga Springs be offered for sale and at what price will it be sold at?

Hampshire....

No date has been set for sales to begin. No price either.

They will probably start selling it after they sell out Beach Club and the new inventory at Boardwalk, sometime this summer.

I'm looking forward to finding out this information too!

Everyone's pretty curious about Saratoga Springs.

Personally, I'm hopin' that it helps those of us tryin' to get a resale because of the fact that the demand on points will be lower for the others as folks jump on the 'new' thing. At least, that's what I'm hopin' happens so that Disney doesn't exercise their ROFR.

I have a feeling that they'll bump up to the $86-88 per point range because of the added 'spa' treatment potential. Who knows.

Although, I hear that if everything goes as planned, the BCV and VWL points that are available will be sold out at the end of Summer which means that SS will start to sell in early Fall of this year. We'll see though.

ArnyVee is right. Who knows on the price.

If they were to make the ending date longer, say after 2050, rather than the 2042 the other properties have, I wouldn't be surprised if the price was over $90 a point. Pure speculation on my part however.
