My daughters friends always want her to draw things for them.

It turns out to be a good thing as she gets lots of practice this way.

This is something she did over the weekend for someone.

Sarah is 16.

We hope she can find someway to make a living with her talent. In her words... "I still have along way to go.. but I really love doing this."

Wow, your daughter Sarah is very talented! :D

Don't really know Bloom, but sure is a great looking picture, Melora. Continue to encourage that talent in Sarah, very good.

Melora

Wow that is very good.

I have a 16 year old daughter that also draws to about the same level as your daughter, although as a typical artist they don't think their work is that good!!

I hope she keeps on drawing, she has a very special talent there.

If I knew how to us a scanner and how to post pictures I would post some that my daughter has done too.

She should look into going to local Sci/Fi - Fantasy conventions. Art like that gets picked up quickly at the art show and auctions. I used to have a friend that would make a bundle at art show conventions - a great way to make some pocket money for and coming artist.

THAT'S AN AWESOME DRAWING!!

she has a wonderful talent!(unlike me, i can't draw for anything! :p)

WOW!!! thats insanely exellent i love to draw as well but im no where near as good as she is but that picture has inspired me to practice more and become better

tell me, did she draw that free hand or did she use a picture as a reference

Sarah is a VERY talented young lady! What an amazing drawing.

She drew that using a picture as reference. (Looking at it, not tracing).

Jeff and I both think she made him look much more "elf" like than he looked in the picture.

She is practicing faces and trying to get proportion right.

This is one of her earlier drawings that she did without any reference, just trying to get the eyes and mouth correct.

That's wonderful. I took art lessons and know that the human face is without a doubt the hardest thing to draw. Incredible talent.
