Sara & Ryan's Wishes PJ & TR ~ 8/17/10 WP/GF/Marina ~ 1/22 Thank you!

Oh, the sparkle shirt looks sooooo nice!!! You must be sooo excited to order your wedding gown! I was kinda of depressed after I ordered mine...I paid so much $$$ for something back in July, and I don't even get to see it until Feb!!!

Thanks! I am so excited! I may just call today and do it. I know, I hate that they take so long to come in. It probably won't come in until June. And I'm really confused on veils, so I hope it comes in earlier so I can see what looks best.

Sara, you did a great job on the shirts! I love the coach one! :love:very nice.....:goodvibes

Thanks so much! That one was really a test in patience . The font was difficult to work with since the letters were so close together, so next time I'd pick a more open font. ;)

You did such a great job! I love the happily ever after! I think it was worth the time you put into it! :thumbsup2

Thanks Jen! I really do like that one too, I think when it's all done it will look great. I'm also going to make a Soon to be Mrs. Shirt and maybe a sparkle hoodie since the one I bought doesn't really fit.

oh that should be nice! I really want a Happily ever After bathrobe for getting ready on the day...but they are soooo expensive so I may have to make one! Post pictures when you do the other ones, I want to see

Your shirts look great!!!!!! I ordered 2mm as well, but I actually like the way the smaller stones look...but I will be ordering bigger stones to do the BM's shirts as well! haha:lmao:

Hope your mouth feels bettttter soon

I know, I can't believe how much they charge for that kind of thing! It's definitely easy to make and you just need the stones, transfer paper and a set of tweezers. Lol, it may be a while, but I'll definitely post pics of the completed designs. ;)

Thanks so much! I do like the smaller stones, but they were so annoying! Sometimes it was hard to grasp them with the tweezers. It was okay on my shirts since I knew the work that went into it, but for the girls shirts I'm going to get the stones as big as I can, lol!

Thanks! I have an appointment in a little bit, so I guess we'll see if the healing is on track. The whole thing has been so frustrating and I really just want to eat normal food. :sad1: One of my friends is in from New Orleans and we're supposed to get dinner tonight but I'm going to have to recommend IHOP or something. :sad2: Oh well. DF feels so bad he says I don't ever have to get the other two out. :rotfl:

I love the sparkle shirts, I made an attempt myself and it does take a lot of patience and good lighting :goodvibes , but they came out great :thumbsup2

So I'm really late but I'm all caught up. I love everything you've gotten. The invitations are so cute. Your dress and the other dresses are beautiful. And the proposal is such a dream proposal. I can't wait to hear more!

Good Afternoon! I just read your PJ from start to finsih and boy are you wayy ahead of me in planning stages. I am not getting married at disney, we have a huge family. but we will be honeymooning there and will just miss your wedding. love all of your plans so far! Congrats and love the engagement story!

Thanks! Lol, I know, I don't think it's something you can really understand until you do it, but I do think they're worth the effort. Glad to hear yours came out good too! :goodvibes

Welcome and thanks for reading along! :cutie: Thanks so much, I'm glad you like everything. It really does help to hear everyone's opinions! Yes, my DF did a very good job, I was very impressed. Some of the girls at work even went home and told their husbands that they were lucky that they didn't know you could do something like that back when they got engaged! :lmao:. We definitely have a lot more stuff in the works, and I'm so happy you'll be following along. :goodvibes

Hi there, congrats to you too! We were really lucky that our family has gone along with our plans and we don't have super huge families so it really is possible. Aww, too bad that we will miss each other but a Disney honeymoon will be so much fun! You'll have such an awesome time! Thanks so much! Lol, well I only have so much done since this combines my crazy obsession with Disney and wedding planning! :rotfl: Plus I've been lurking on the boards for some time and getting all my ideas together. ;)

Great work on the design.

Hope you can eat food again soon.

Thanks Claire! It took soo long, I even had to take little breaks to rest my eyes! Today was a little better, I had spaghetti and meatballs but I can't wait until I can eat a tasty burger and fries!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! It was so hard going back to work today. :sad1:

So today I ordered my dress! :goodvibes I'm so excited. I called in the measurements, which they weren't thrilled with. But I did use to work at David's Bridal so it's not like I don't know how to measure and I really didn't feel like going all the way to the shop. In the end they just had to note that I called the measurements in, just in case there is a problem, so I don't blame them which was fine with me. I think it will definitely be fine since I still have a good 15 lbs or so left to lose. I definitely have to get serious about the exercise now. ;)

I sent the deposit to Lee, so we'll have him all booked for the wedding. I don't think I ever posted pics of the new centerpieces we like. We're going to do tall ones in silver candelabras that are dripping with crystals. Lee is going to take a pic of them eventually but I imagine it will look sorta like this. The crystals may be draped more, these ones are kinda just hanging and we'll have petals along the base. The candles will look like that though since I'm pretty sure Disney won't let us have an open flame. Hmm, I wonder if they'll still let us have the 4 votives too or if those candles would count as the 4 we're allowed...

I'm really excited and I think they'll look great! :cutie:

DF and I also talked more about the wedding trip itself and we've decided that we're going to book a King Honeymoon room in the main building of the GF! I think I'm going to request one of the turret rooms. They don't have a balcony but they are bigger and that will give us more room to get ready. :thumbsup2 Yay! RPC here we come, I'm so ridiculously excited for that! We've never stayed Club before, but we figure we might as well live it up for the wedding. And we won't be on a meal plan so it will be nice to have the Club offerings. I'm also excited about them making our ADR's and arranging tours for us. I think that will be a huge help to me since I have to make a ton of group dining ADR's.

We also decided that we're going to host a welcome party. We're going to have it the Sunday evening before the Wedding at the GF Summerhouse. Right now we're thinking a really casual beach bbq type of party right now. DF was opposed to a post wedding brunch and we felt like we should do something for our guests. Now I don't feel bad about the no welcome bags thing. We just have way too many people for us to bring everything with us and we won't have a rental car, so it would have been a huge hassle to get stuff and deliver it.

And Costco has the toasting flutes I love! :lovestruc
They're Waterford's Wishes Happy Celebrations, how perfect is that name?
here's a pic. And they were way cheaper than at BB&B. I did register for them but think I'll just buy them myself so I'm sure to get them.

I really like the centerpieces! sooo pretty. Yay for GF king honeymoon room! I am jealous! I can't wait for my ADR reservation either! I reaaaally love the flutes, how much are they at costco if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks! I really love the new centerpieces, they are more pricey, but I think they will be gorgeous!

I'm so excited! We figure this way we can be sure to be away from all the wedding guests, we're not going to let them block rooms in the main building, that's just for us, is that wrong?

No problem, the flutes were $80 (I think $79.99, but can't exactly remember) at Costco, and they are $134.99 at BB&B. They're Waterford so that's why they're so expensive.

I love them so much even though I think it's sorta ridiculous to spend so much on them since we don't even drink champagne normally...but I just love them and maybe I'll just drink soda out of them. :rotfl2:

Hey stranger!! Just wanted to say Congrats on ordering the dress and I love the new centerpieces!!! I also like the idea of a welcome party BBQ. Everyone's coming up with such unique ideas lately and I'm loving all of it!

The flowers look gorgeous, that is such an elegant look, very fitting for your location. Yea for ordering your dress, you may get it early, my dress shop said 12-16 weeks and I got mine in about 3 weeks.

Beautiful toasting glasses. When you're spending that much, you make a reason to use them  or at least that's my reasoning.

Love the BBQ welcome party idea, your guests won't even miss the welcome bags. That will be an awesome room for your wedding and it is certainly not wrong to have separation, somehow I ended up in a villa with my parents and grandparents and DFi's family in the villa next door :scared1:

Those new centerpieces are definitely classy and elegant...very grand. Hooray for the honeymoon suite, very nice ;)

And don't you just love Costco...

Thanks Mandy! Good seeing you around :goodvibes. I'm really excited for the welcome party...now to pick the menu yum!

Thanks! We really like them, DF did not like the low arrangements at all...who would have thought? They told me it could take 6 months but I'm hoping it's way sooner than that.

I just love them! I think you're right... I'm going to use them to drink my soda while I'm sitting on the couch. We can definitely use them on anniversaries and special dinners. ;)

I think everyone will have a good time. I can't wait, I've always wanted to stay in the main building and the pics of those rooms look great! That was my fear since I've heard it actually happens alot that people are placed right next to each other . Lol, wow that is close quarters, but I'm sure it will be really convenient being so close!

Thanks so much! :goodvibes I can't wait to see how they turn out. Well, it's not a suite so much as a slightly larger room , but I'm very excited.

OMG, I love Costco so much, it's seriously one of my favorite places.

Hey girls!

I did my room block over the weekend and sent back all the info for the contract so we'll be doing that soon. We'll have rooms at the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Coronado Springs and Pop Century. I'm really excited that our guests will be able to book their rooms soon. :)

We also officially have an officiant! Rev. Jack Day will be doing our ceremony. He had sent me all the info in August but somehow I neglected to send back the confirmation form, so I did that recently, but worried he might have been booked in that time. He called me today to tell me that he got it and that we're all set. :goodvibes I was having such a horrible day at work today too, just one problem after another, and Rev. Day sounded so excited and happy it was just infectious, and I felt so much better after talking to him. We only talked for a few minutes but I could tell he was so sweet and he asked me to give his best to DF :cutie:. I'm so glad we picked him.

In other news, I've decided with only around 8 months to go, it's time to really get serious with the fitness plan. So I bought some Jillian Michaels DVD's and am going to start doing them. The first day was yesterday and I am so sore today. It was the cardio dvd too which I thought would be easy. Well just like on Biggest Loser, nothing is easy with Jillian! But I know if I stick with it I'll get amazing results!

I did get the toasting flutes from Costco but I'll be returning them. While I absolutely love them. The ones they had were the display ones, which was fine, but they weren't in the box, so they weren't packaged very well, they just wrapped them in tissue. I also looked online and it seems like a lot of times they come in a really nice padded box that latches shut, which would be really helpful when getting them to FL and storing them in general. So I'll have to hold out for those.

And as promised, I did finally take some pics of my headband and earrings together. I also attempted to use the bumpits, and it turned out okay, but I still need a lot of practice.

I really like the headband and think it will look great when my hair is done for real. :goodvibes
