Do you think that seeing all the different santa's around ws will cause some kids to question? Has any parent had to do any quick explaining? I am a little worried about this. :confused3

Actually my God Daughter loves it...She likes all the different stories (each one has story time)...While her family are big American Santa (i.e. the Coke a Cola one in the jolly red suite) She actually understood very well that not everyone has Santa (age 4 at the time)...I thought i was very educational to explain all the different traditions to her...and it also enforced the fact that she should keep believing in Santa

No, I just told them that the different Santas were people dressed in costumes to show us how Santa Claus looks when he visits their country.

Not at WDW, but my DS did a paper last year on Christmas in different countries. He's in 2nd & seems to still believe. Anyway, he did his on 'SinterKlaas' from the Netherlands. He seemed to 'get' that in the US, we have Santa & stockings & in the Netherlands, they have Sinterklaas, Zwarte Piete (Black Pete) & wooden shoes.

Because Santa is magical, he is very quick and can go from place to place in the blink of an eye. ;)

Great idea! My kids were always confused by the many we'd see in local stores and malls; I told them that Santa is too busy at the North Pole to be everywhere, so when he can't be at a location he sends a "helper Santa" to stand in his place and make sure all children get the chance to tell what they want for Christmas.

I too tell my kids that. I guess if I tell them before hand that santa does different things for different countries they may not question it. Dh and I will just be prepared to think quick :thumbsup2
