Well, we are supposed to leave for Charlotte in the morning, but now we are supposed to get 6-8 inches of snow here. And they are supposed to get an ice storm down there. Not sure we are going to chance it.We'll see what it's like in the morning I guess... What is everyone else doing for Thanksgiving??

So thankfully the weather won't bother us much. Well, we may have to haul all the food we're bringing over there in the rain/sleet, but we really can't complain. 
Well I hope your plans work out for Thanksgiving. I know this weather has messed up a lot of people's plans. Not very good timing! And yes, the weather has been NASTY here for two days straight. Right now it's pouring rain, the wind is howling and it just has that weird feeling in the air. I don't know how to describe it, but I wish it would blow on out. Some people are without power because of the winds. Thankfully we still have lights... for now! We haven't had any frozen precip yet either, but the weather man says it might be coming in later today. That is super unusual for us to get anything like that in November. It has been such a crazy weather year! I hope it turns out to be nothing for your sake though. I'd hate for you to miss Thanksgiving with your family.
We have to travel the loooooooonnnnng distance tomorrow to go to my mom's for Thanksgiving. She lives alllllll the way...... next door!

So, it ended up adding an extra hour to our trip.

I spoke with her a little bit ago and they waited a bit to leave this morning but they are on the way.

We haven't all eaten at that CS Mexican place, but DH got something small there in Sept. So we sat out there by the water. It wasn't great.
We love the GF ride in Mexico, and San Angel Inn is on my restaurants list. I love the atmosphere in there. I'm not even crazy about mexican food but DH likes it and I'm sure it'll be better than the CS place.

So I asked DS12 if it was okay if I got that instead since it was much larger than the strawberry and roughly the same price, and he thought it was a pretty good deal! 
I did shudder a bit when I read about your ds14 picking up a gift for his gf (my twin boys will be 14 this Friday) they grow so fast. Looks like a blast despite the rain & looking fwd to your next post

The day just LOOKED hot. Like warm air just stagnant there. I can almost feel it now. Epcot is just so dang warm sometimes that you can't breathe. That's how one of our days was there too. Thought I would expire at any moment.

Ru bought a buddha statue when she was in Key West the other week. She goes to get on the plane and can't check it because he was too big, so she is trying to get into her seat and put him under her feet but bc he was so big she couldn't cram him in and was holding up the line. So her DH starts fussing at her that she is holding the entire plane up and people are going to miss their connections because of her statue and they start arguing (loudly) about it. And he yells "Jesus!" and she yells back "Not Jesus. BUDDHA!!!!!!!" and the entire plane falls out laughing.
Can you tell she's related to me???

Sooooooooooo.... don't leave us hanging... was the pineapple good???? It sure looks good! I'm of the belief though that almost anything covered in chocolate and caramel is good!
I know your DS is 14 now, but it still just seems CRAZY that he's buying gifts for a girlfriend on your vacation! WOW! Time flies! I can't even begin to wrap my brain around the fact that my DD will be doing the same sort of stuff in just a few short years.
I hate the weather messed up your time at WS. I know what you mean about searching anywhere for a sliver of shade though. We had one particularly hot day on our trip (at MK) and I found myself walking very close to construction walls or whatever I could find that put off a speck of shade. It was one of those days where your clothes stick to your skin. YUCK!
I guess maybe I just thought it was pretty self explanatory!! It was AWESOME!!! So good. I will be getting that again. It seems like just yesterday they were just little boys.

I remember texting you a picture of it! And he wanted me to take it up to the register (with his money) and pay for it. I said - no, you want to date, you can do this yourself!!! Hard to breathe, hard to keep going at some points. I've got to meet Ru one day soon. Something tells me we could all get into some trouble together!!!
