Am I correct that if you're not staying at the vacation villas and aren't a member of dvc you can still dine at Sanaa?

I agree! I ate there May 12th with some fellow DISers and we all loved it. Be sure to ask for a window table. We did, but didn't get it. We could still see some of the animals though. Can't wait to return to this restaurant in Sept!

Just FYI: Between the three of us we got the scallops, salad trio, three breads and dips, short ribs, chicken with red curry, shrimp with green curry, lamb chops, 5 grain pilaf, chocolate cake, coconut pudding, and tangerine/mint mojitos. Everything was wonderful.
