San Diego zoo military tickets available at other ITT offices?

We live in Dallas, and would like to get San Diego zoo tickets and Backstage pass tickets via the on-base ITT office. I see them on the San Diego Navy Base's ITT office ticket list, so I guess we could swing by there on arrival day to get them, but I prefer to have them in advance. Wondering if anyone's base ITT office has been able to order these (if your base is not in California)?

In case you weren't aware, active duty folks get in free, so if you have an AD member with you, you won't need an admission ticket for them.

Thanks for the replies. Since we are with my dad who is fully retired, we would not be able to get the free active duty tickets. And since we are on limited time coming from DLR to San Diego for just two days, didn't work out logistically to go the the base in SD. But I was able to find a disount code to buy the tickets for $6 off per person, no tax, no shipping (print at home) directly from the zoo's website, which was not as good as on base prices, but better than anything else I found. Thank you!
