San Diego diving

We're planning to visit California next year and DS & I are really excited about going to DLR. DH is not quite so keen as we've been to WDW the last 2 years!!!

We'll be ending our trip in San Diego and DH is really into scuba diving. Does anyone know if the diving is good in the SD area and also any good companies to book with? If we can get some dives sorted out for him that should pacify him a bit!!

I just returned from SD and the best advice I can give you is check at La Jolla for scuba diving and diving in general. I don't have a name of any companies to book with, but I did see some companies advertising there services.

Thanks ADP that's great, it will be a big help knowing where to start looking! I need to keep DH happy with some diving as he's not quite as keen on Disney as DS & I are!!

Yes, La Jolla Cove is awesome for Scuba Diving. It's perfect for beginners as well, as the depth stays quite low for quite a wide distance.
