I just listened to the podcast from December and wanted to clarify that San Antonio is not in the desert. It is between the Texas Hill Country and coastal plains. It is an agricultural center because of the diversity of the soil around the area. Spring time is beautiful with all the bluebonnets and wildflowers in bloom.

Although it is as hot as Florida in the summer, with less rain, it is absolutely gorgeous at Christmas. We light up the River Walk and it is special. We even have a river parade.

So come and see us some time!

I'm going to completely agree with that last part! :) I've been to San Antonio in December, and it's gorgeous!

(Not that I'm *disagreeing* with the first part! I just don't know enough about it to agree! )
