I clearly haven't been paying attention! I knew they were remodeling San Angel but it's table service now? Does that mean there are two table service and no counter service in Mexico now? Also I got 7:45 ressies. Does anyone know if most tables have illuminations views? TIA

San Angel Inn (located inside the Mexico pyramid pavilion) is not involved in the remodel. It is a table service serving lunch and dinner.

The former outdoor CS was torn down and remodeled. A new building has been put up, which contains two separate restaurants:

Cantina de San Angel (CS) which serves lunch and dinner.
Hacienda de San Angel (TS) which is only open for dinner.

Mexico currently has two TS restaurants, one inside the pavilion and one outside by the lagoon, a CS restaurant in the same location as the lagoonside TS, and a lounge (inside the pavilion).

San Angel Inn is located inside the pavilion. It has no windows and no Illuminations views. If you want a view of Illuminations you do not want to eat there. You want Hacienda for TS or the CS cantina.

There are three places, San Angel Inn, La Hacienda de San Angel, and La Cantina de San Angel. San Angel Inn is the table service inside the building you ride past in the boats.

La Cantina is the counter service near the water.

La Hacienda de San Angel is the new table service place near the water that only operates after 4PM.
