Does this restaurant serve chips and salsa as a starter like most Mexican restaurants? Does it count for an appetizer?

Just make sure you're not in a rush to get thru the meal, they are extremely sloooooow. Although the atmosphere does make up for it!

We ate here back on May 11 and we loved the food and the tea was great! We had fast service on our night.
