Ok, this is my first review with pictures. I thought it would be easier to do one restaurant at a time. So on our first night we ate at San Angel Inn. I had asked for a seat by the water and she said it might take longer, I told her that was fine. About a minute later our pager went off and they seated us far from the water even though there were plenty of open tables by the water. Anyway, they brought us chips and salsa which were good and my Dos Equis which was refreshing!

for my appetizer I got the Sope Tradicional which was ok.

My DH got the Nachos, which were not very good.

For dinner my DH got the Filete Motuleno and it was ok, nothing special.

I got the Combinacion Cozumel, which I had last year and it was one of my favorite meals of the whole week. I was dissapointed this time the steak was tough and the shrimp were just ok and there were hardly any mashed potatoes.

My DS's got the chicken fingers with rice instead of pasta which they enjoyed.

I forgot to get a picture of dessert but, my DH got the Flan which was good. I got the rice pudding which was good as well. My DS's got the ice cream.
Overall, this was not nearly as good this year as it was last year when we were there.
:) Overall, I would give it a C.
Please let me know if you have any questions!:thumbsup2

We love the atmosphere at SAI, but the food really leaves something to be desired. Thanks for the reviews. :)
