I would say very likely.

The third party restaurants have until the end of the year to negotiate their contracts with Disney. Only one restaurant (that didn't close) dropped out after one year, but even it was back on the plan last year so it's pretty safe to say if it's on the list this year, most likely it'll be back next year.
