The cards have free shipping and you don’t have to be a member to order them but I do believe there is a 10 percent fee if your not.

Be careful. I'm not sure if those can be used for the Orlando hotel. Maybe someone else knows more?

Yes, you won't be able to use them at Hard Rock hotel, but you should be able to use them at the Hard Rock Cafe restaurant.
