Sam's Club Free this weekend - no upcharge ?'s

I got a thing in the mail that said I could go to Sam's Club for free this weekend (Aug 5, 6 and 7) with no upcharge for my purchases. I haven't been a member of Sam's for some time. I was wondering for those of you who shop there frequently, what are some of the really good deals that can't be found elsewhere? I stopped being a member because I would drop several hundred dollars on a bunch of stuff and I wasn't really sure if I was getting any deals. If I went, I would like to be focused and know what I am looking for (and know they are real bargains not found elsewhere). Looking for basic household items/groceries that can be stocked. I'm open to other buys as well. Thanks!
