Sam's Club Disney Hotel Reservation

Has anyone ever booked a Disney World hotel through Sam's Club? I got a deal on the Swan Reserve, but haven't been able to get a Disney Reservation number to link on the website and wondered if anyone else had any problems doing this. I emailed them, but the additional confirmation number is still not a Disney number. Thanks!

You won't get a disney reservation number. You should be able to enter your swan reserve conf # into MDE. Have you done that yet? How long ago did you book your travel? It take a day or so for your reservation from the third party hotel to be imported into MDE and may take longer with Sam's Club in the mix. I've never booked through a third party, just direct but it takes a day or so for that reservation from the hotel to be entered into Disney's system. Probably 24 hours is my guess.

I just got off the phone with Swan Reserve and they had to reenter some things, but were able to give me a number for MDE, but I just notice it is only 8 digits. I thought resort MDE confirmation numbers were 12 digits. He said to wait and enter it sometime tomorrow. Hopefully it works! I did reserve this a few weeks ago.
