Sampler Desserts on the Dining Plan?

In some of the table service restaurants there are sampler desserts that offer a taste of each of the desserts. Can these be ordered as 1 dessert under the meal plan? Also, is the kitchen sink at B&C a dessert under the meal plan?

yes samplers are one dessert under the dining plan. I did this at least 3 times.

I have heard that the kitchen sink is included and I have heard it isn't. So, no idea there.
