Sample sales agreement?

Has anyone ever done a private sale not using a broker? If so, would you be willing to share a sample sales agreement?

No but the first thing I would suggest is to pick a settlement/title agency and they may have one that they like

Where are you finding private sales or is it someone you know? The title company is going to be the important part as pretty sure they take on all that responsibility of making sure its not a scam on either side.

I’m in the same boat and thinking of doing a private sale too.
