Sample rental Contract

We have rented from others on several occasions. And we have used them before but we are working with someone new. They do not have one. Either way the ones we have only protect the renter. Not the person renting from them. Any help would be appreciated.

It's somewhere down the first page. I tried to protect myself as the member and offer some guarantees in writing to the renter.
