Same Rezzy number, two resorts?

Has anyone ever had this issue? I made an SSR reservation and later changed it to BCV. In my member account it shows the change to Beach Club. Same reservation number. But after more than two week SSR is still showing in MDE app. Any idea how to “refresh” MDE to force it to grab the reservation number again? I already tried signing out and back into everything. I even called Disney and they said they have us at BCV and it should update. Appreciate any advice...kind of out of ideas.

Saw the same thing after my most recent modification. If you go to “update check-in” then it will show your new resort in MDE after its “refreshed”. At least that worked for me!

I did online check in and finally I had the correct dates. I had waitlisted and gotten an additional date, but MDE had us coming in on Friday not Thursday. Like you, the reservation number had stayed the same. So, I checked in on lines and when I went to my plans, it shows the Thursday arrival!

Thank you. It worked! I had to sign out of MDE and back in but it is showing correctly! #BestDVCBoards. You guys rock!
