Same Menu - Chef Mickey's???

We are headed here in 10 days for dinner on our arrival night. I have seen the menu that is posted but my question is this. Does the buffet contain the same items each night or does it rotate like Boma's does?

Chef Mickey's is pretty much the same each night. We've been about 4 times for dinner and with exception of Thanksgiving Dinner, the offerings were always the same. Sometimes it's nice to go and know what exactly to expect.
