Same day fp question

We will be making same day fp reservations. Do you have to go all the way into the park to the fp+ kiosk to make them? If they are moving to old school rope drops where they let you past the turnstiles (in Epcot, ak and dhs) will that let you reach somewhere you can make them?

1. Yes. To a kiosk inside the park.
2. You should be able to get to the central FP+ kiosk at DHS.
(Intersection of Hollywood Blvd. and Sunset Blvd.)

I don't know if they will allow the booking of FP+ until the rope is dropped, however.

I wonder if it is possible to make 3 FP+ reservations on the MDE App as soon as you buy & link your tickets? I'm thinking you could conceivably do that while waiting for the rope drop.

1. Yes, it is.
As long as you have an MDE account, you can link your new tickets and immediately make "advance" FP+ reservations.
(For that day and any others for which you may have tickets during that trip.)
