Sam! I know how you feel about the blahs, but I strongly believe they will go away soon! It's a scary thing, to feel truly grown up! I'm nervous about aspects of it too... but you just need to remember how much you love that fella of yours and just how awesome your wedding will be.

Ugh. Sam - I'm sorry to hear about your blahs. around the same time that you are I had them too, I highly recommend taking a break from everything wedding and Disney related. That's what we did, we went away for a whole weekend, just to a resort town about an hour from home - nothing big or super special, and the rule was no talking about the wedding or anything Disney or any of the stresses related to either of those things. It was fantastic, and then we were able to get back into the swing of things.

We were both able to really enjoy our wedding day and entire trip.

Hope your foot is feeling better and your able to navigate your way through the doldrums!

Oh dear! I'm sorry to hear about your foot, but congratulate you for finishing the marathon, I can barely run one so I couldn't even imagine.

I know what you mean about the blahs, that's kind of how I felt about our honeymoon, you spend all that time planning and we were exhausted and ended up skipping a handful of ADRs.

Everything will end up just fine, just take integrating one step at a time, you don't have to do it all all at once.

Aw thanks Anj. I totally hear you. We went over the financials and I feel so much better. And looking at houses is so addicting!!!

Thanks Laurie. I can't believe you're already married! Congrats. I can't believe we almost skipped all of our ADRs. I definitely want to be more a stickler next time, especially considering it will be hot and crowded and at least I can focus on my food, hehe.

And onto the wedding news...I bought a jacket. I'm always cold and I just know I'll need something to stay warm. I've been looking on etsy, and little boleros are so expensive! And most are short sleeved! I finally found one I really like. I'm just worried because my tastes are so eclectic I hope they go together. I think it will work, with either of Mike's outfits (he's still considering the Enchanted outfit...depending how well it's made)

I'm also a little nervous about the colors, but the woman said if it doesn't work, I can return it OR get it made in the right colors. What do you ladies think?

Thanks Everyone! I hope it looks awesome in person. I just went ahead and ordered it! Right now I'm making a collage of the ideas for the wedding to check it see if there's clashing. I'll post it when I'm finished. I also think I found a headband I really think. I included it in the collage.

I'm sure I'm forgetting things. I didn't include BM dresses since that's unknown or the groomsmen ties. As for centerpieces if we can't do the snowglobes like Vanessa, I figured simple mirror squares with diamond confetti and tea lights, and probably the gels so we can just move them to the DP at night. As for invitations we're playing with the idea of getting custom ones that look like a comic book cover and just have the info on the back. We're big nerds like that...

We got a lot this weekend but my district (freehold) did not even have a delay! But towards the coast in Toms River, we did. Today it supposedly snowed all day (and night) in Freehold but it was a wintry mix today. Last night there was snow but it mostly was a yucky mess. Now there's about an inch on ice (after we shoveled) and now it's snowing pretty well. In Freehold we have 2 more built in snow days, so I have a feeling we might not be in. Supposedly there was 3-5 last night, 6-10 today and 1-3 tonight. All I care about is the snow there. But it's pretty nice. Did you get a ton of snow this weekend?

Haha, another snow day tomorrow! I think I'm going to order the headband from the collage. I also caught up on some PJs. And I'm looking at houses. ....and I did a little grading and school work.

I have to say I LOVE that jacket, would you mind sharing the Etsy vendor's name with me? I would love to see what else she has in the store, the design is just divine! I am sure it will look amazing on you.

Your inspiration board is shaping up beautifully, I love Japan in Epcot, DH and I have a trip planned to explore Japan after our VR is all done, we have been wanting to visit for years! I love that your DH wants to wear the same outfit from Enchanted, so romantic, I am sure he'll look dashing if he goes for it!
Believe it or not my DH would love to wear that jacket too

The custom comic book cover STD's are so cool! I have a different type saved on my computer for inspiration too! I think it is by the same artist and everything. DH is a big comic book geek so it was a direction we could have gone in, but he decided against it in the end

Your headband is beautiful as well, and your shoes are so much fun! I think they will pull together. Wonderfully.

I am so impressed you finished the whole marathon I am in awe, and in that weather!!! A friend of ours ran the half, finished in the first 20 I believe, we were so worried looking at the forecast! I really don't know how I would do it. I am a wimp at endurance, my longest races are 5K's and I am such a penguin, I walk, very fast, but walk. I do love the Expedition Everest 5K, not a "serious" race by any means, but oh so much fun! Just perfect for a short distance endurance person with short attention span like me

Can't wait to hear more!!!
