Good luck with the marathon! What a great idea for a present. I know my DF would love it! We have one cat already (a tonkinese) but he is always saying he wants another one (or three!).
Oh No! Good Luck with the marathon!

I love the ties, what a great idea! It will give the groom and groomsmen something that will make them look unique on your wedding day! Good luck running the marathon also!

So I've been looking around for last minute wedding stuff for myself and I keep finding pics that I think you would like:

and here is a fun tie:

from etsy
) for the planning session. My mom's friend is a DVC member and isn't really going to use her points, so she's letting us rent them and it's going to cost us $900 for 5 days at a preferred view 1-bedroom at the Boardwalk, for the 5 of us (my dad will be joining us mid-trip) although I'm trying to get 2 studios instead for some privacy

yay for getting Patricia!! I keep hearing wonderful things about her, I'm glad she was available for your day.
The headbands you posted are gorgeous - are they both Maria Elena? I'm not familiar with her, but they are lovely. I think that the headbands you posted earlier from Etsy are really great and would be a wonderful alternative to spending SO much on the Maria pieces. I think if you could get an Etsy seller to custom you a headband based on the beading on your dress, that would be perfect! I would go for that option.

yeah for getting patricia.... I think you will be happy with her.![]()
gotta get a good night sleep 3 am wake up call

aww, so you get two new cats? That's great! Lol, yes tonkinese are cute, and they seem to know it too! They are very active and very curious though but so sweet and cuddly too. My mom's cousin has ragamuffins and she loves them. I've only seen pictures but they look beautiful.
We love cats and DF would have 10 of them if I let him. He even said he wants to breed tonkinese but I said it wouldn't be a very good idea since he'd never want to sell any of them and we'd just have a ton of cats!![]()
Have a great time in Disney and can't wait to see the pics when you get back!![]()

Hey lady are you back yet?
Hey Sam! Hope you had fun in Disney and running the marathon! you will not be disappointed with Patricia-she is AWESOME!

the Polynesian. I'm a convert. While it was confusing to find our room at midnight, but we did and it was a decent room. Out our balcony and turning right we could kinda see the castle through the trees.
) Then we headed to the Contemporary for some lunch and then onto Epcot and back in for an early night. We knew we'd have an early morning.
and 5 layers of clothing (it was 25 degrees
) Then our race. First 10 miles went well. Got chatty with the guy next to me and it was easy goings....going down Main Street then the Castle was awesome. Lost the guy at the bathrooms in Tomorrowland, and sadly realized a banana was not enough food. Got lightheaded and kept on looking for food stops...not to mile 14.
So I walked some more...and more...and more....Once I got some food I picked up more, but hips started hurting and I just didn't have the motivation. At the 1/2 point I felt good...Like I could stop, but oh wait I didn't sign up for the half, I signed up for the full. Silly me! First race ever...longest run 7 miles and I'm in the 26.2 race.
Anyway, after more walker, less runner I finished in 6:17. Slow, I'm not too proud but I finished. As I went through the last mile in Epcot another runner stopped and got a Turkey Leg!
Oh, and my foot started killing me that night and for the whole rest of the trip I hurt a LOT. So come home to the podiatrist...I stress fractured my cuneiform (one of the big chunky bones, very rare) Getting my boot tomorrow.
) Not really, it was mostly the pain and the freezing cold weather and the post running nausea. Yeah, my trip that I had planned and spent months planning ADRs...we kept 1 of them.
)
I've just got a case of the blahs. It seems so real now. I'm getting nervous about moving out, and being an "adult"...bills...the stresses...etc. Just growing up. I'm not nervous about being with Mike, just being with Mike, on our own.
That's just how I feel. My foot hurts
I've never done more than breaking a toe and I'm going to have to wear a boot! School is in the midterm phase, so my students just have a test, and then review, and then a week of midterms so that's blah, and I can't believe I'm going to say this but I felt that way at Disney. I'm not sure if it was me, or the weather, or what, but it just wasn't that magical feeling, even during the race I just expected more.
I'm sure things will pick up.Welcome back Sam. I'm sorry to hear about your foot, and I hope it feels better. That is awesome that you finished the marathon. I could not imagine running/walking that long! Sorry it was cold on your trip. I was in Universal last year and it was freezing, and it just kind of made the trip blah (luckily we went on a Disney cruise too, and the weather was better.) I'm glad to hear you liked LSS and Japan. I'm sure moving in with Mike will be very exciting! Hope you feel better soon!
Oh, I hope your "blahs" go away soon!
Congrats on doing a marathon, that is amazing! I'm sorry to hear about your foot though. Try and turn your nervousness about moving in together into excitement. I lived with 3 girls for 4 years during university, and I thought nothing could get better, but living with DF these past 3 years have been so fun! I think living with a guy is wayyyy better now!
I;m glad to hear you still love your venues....I definitely cannot wait to see your pics! Don't worry to much about not having the "magical" feeling, I'm sure it will come back for your wedding!

Well done on running the marathon. Sorry about your foot though.
It was probably a case of you'd hyped the trip it so much and then what with the weather it all just got you down a bit, that happens to me a lot.
How was the food tasting?

Congrats on finishing the marathon! A former co-worker of mine gave up by 9am, but she hadn't trained at all. I know it was a crazy cold weekend.
I'm sorry you have the blah's, I think we all get them at some point. Maybe take a break from planning and researching both the wedding and the parks and then you'll get super excited once you start browsing the web for suggestions again. I know I get burned out on Disney a lot (no big shocker since I live here lol) but I still have moments where I want to read a Disney book or go just experience the parks. I think it also helps if you don't plan too much, that way you wont feel bummed if you miss your ADRs.
I'm sure you will rise out of your funk soon. Maybe there are some baby steps you can take to your big move into the 'adult' world. Is it possible to move out before the wedding? Start transferring bills into both your names, merge bank accounts/credit cards etc.?
I'm glad you loved your venues though! I think you made some great choices with them!
8 weeks AT LEAST in the air cast, possibly crutches. Doc doesn't want me driving...yea not happening.
So now I feel better that I finished a marathon, with a broken foot.TinkLoverSam said:Poor Sam she finished a marathon and it wasn't fast enough for her but, oh yeah, SHE HAD A BROKEN FOOT!!!
What the.... I have no words for you Hun!
