When you went shopping the last time, I tried on that Cinderella type one. I loved it, but couldn't afford it. My dress is one of the ones you tried on. But I can't say which one in case DF is snooping around...

Love the hairstyles!!! I can't even decide which one I like the best. Congrats on getting two job offers! That's awesome!

I just love the dress, and I'm glad you did too, so many people loved the belle-looking dress but it just wasn't me. Smart minds think alike with those colors, hehe. I love them. We're probably going to have 6 BMs scared1: out of 50ish people total) so I want them to all look different, but DF wants them all in the same dress. So I'm trying to have them in different color variations: Dark purple with light, and same with greens, then mixing them together (with the sash) so I'm hoping it works!

First off Christine, you are so awesome!! And I totally agree with Mandy and Laurie!! I just what you did with the S and M. I also felt we could never do the initials since it's either MS (either ms. or m.s. as in multiple sclerosis) or SM (which is...naughty ) but i just love how you made the S wrap around the M. It's just so neat!!! Would it possible to change the greens a little bit, perhaps 669955 or 66AA55? But I just love them. You rock.

Ugh sorry for the lack of replies lately. My grandmother broke her ankle 2 months ago and we've had a daily helper and a live-in with her...along with uncle. Well the 2 women did not like each other and there was this big blowout, that left my grandmother without help. So i was there all day yesterday keeping her company (without internet of course). And today I did 2 open water certification scuba dives, since we took our class in April and the water finally has been good for the dives. And it's quite exhausting, lugging all the stuff and being in the sun and the salt water. But it was very fun. So now I'm finally in front of my computer. We have hired the women to make Mike's outfit and I hope it comes out good. Of course this weekend I'm going up to my cousin's to celebrate her birthday, then we're driving down to my brothers so that DF and I can hang out and check out DC. We'll be back in Thursday, but I'll have internet but I won't be hanging around, just chilling on the boards.

If only the Iphone I ordered today was here!!!

I think that last green may work perfectly. You are the best. My mom was totally impressed and finally understood this "disboard" obsession.

Well if that doesn't make us geeks there's tons of other things that do! We're planning what to do for our anniversary and we decided to go into NYC so see this fossil exhibit, hehe. And we spent all day yesterday and the other day walking around the Smithsonian in DC. We love science things.

And I also some big news....I think we're pushing back the wedding...


by a day! The 28th is a Thursday and most of our family are teachers (along with us) and for them to make it to the rehearsal and the wedding, they'd need to take off Wed, Thurs and Fri. (And the next week is teacher's convention = vacation week) so many people have been none too thrilled with that idea. So we've been talking it over and now that the Friday mins are $15K not the $20K I originally thought (2009 prices) my mother and I feel we're more likely to meet that number. Especially since we have to do DPS scared: which makes me very nervous). So we think that we meet it that $$ anyway, why not make it more convenient for everyone and make it on a Friday. DF and I will still go down on that Tuesday which gives us the 3 day waiting period) and gives us an extra day to get ready and relax. I think in the end everything will work out better.

So Christine would you mind also posting that monogram with the date of 10-29-10. Thanks!
